fIf I'm being honest and comparing your last two pictures...it really looks like you've lost some weight...The beautiful baby bump is there in all it's glory, but I think it looks like you've lost some other weight! =) Which for me would be a good thing.
Plus you're sportin the amazing tan that I'm always so jealous of. You look fabulous. Paisley makes you look good!
